Yungdrung Bön

TheYungdrung Bön Association is related to the Tibetan Bön Tradition. This tradition does not originate from India and the Buddism of Shakyamuni, but from Buddha Tönpa Shenrab Miwo, coming from the Kingdom of Tazig, and born in the region of Olmo Lungring.According to his three hagiographies, Tönpa Shenrab is supposed to have come to Tibet once , and to have converted then an important number of local priests called bönpos.
